Business process modeling
Through workshops with each organisations and the management team of of the structure, Nebbiu produced a series of business process to maximise the efficiency of their content production, data collection and user journeys from information consumtion to trading on partner platforms.
After establishing the initial and target product architectures, we produced a roadmap outlining the capabilities, business outcomes and organisational integration delivered at each development cycle. This roadmap will be a reference and evolve into a more detailed development plan.

in order to transition from an agnostic design to the final platform, Nebbiu researched and organised workshops with multiple vendors to evaluate their products capabilities, ease of integration, support models and cost structures.

The aggressive development strategy envisioned by the new management team would require a solid core technology team, completed by a flexible and diversely skilled freelance pool and supported by vendor.
Nebbiu designed such an organisational structure, detailing each role, their skill sets, market-rate compensation and utilisation over the length of the project.
Based on the previous steps, a comprehensive 3 year technology budget has been prepared and presented part of the business plan to the board and CFO.
